Installed in our workshop are 3 Kerf Ultras Sharp Plasma with an 8 * 3 m cutting range. This is a new process developed using the latest advances in plasma, control system and program integration. The Kerf definition plasma cutting machine with ultra-sharp technology cuts to what many accept as being of laser quality. The process produces superior ole quality and excellent edge finish. We can cut up to 300mm plate.

We also use top of the range two 400 tonne presses, which can be synchronized to give a 800 tonne press in tandem with folding capability up to 8m lengths. Angle or multiple bends are not an issue. We currently have the tooling and capability to fold hardox along with all other steel.
